💰 Sixth extender passes with hope of a state budget deal next week
Lawmakers approved a sixth budget extender Thursday before heading back to their districts for the holiday weekend.
The extender runs through next Wednesday but lawmakers plan to return to the Capitol Tuesday to approve the final round of funding for schools in their fiscal year.
