Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin NETANYAHU was at the U.S. Capitol Wednesday to deliver remarks to a rare joint meeting of Congress.
That means both the House and the Senate are there, like during the State of the Union.
Vice President Kamala HARRIS wasn’t alone when she skipped the event to speak at an historically Black sorority in Indiana.
Harris cited the scheduling conflict while a handful of Democrats from New York had different reasons for not attending.
